Klein Torus

Sections of the Klein Torus

Each picture shows a part of the surface of the Klein Torus. A small strip is added at one side and at the same time an equal small strip is removed from the other other. In the animation you can recognize the simple Möbius strip and the double Möbius strip.
When we split up the Klein Torus in 3 parts as in the picture, we get the grey double twisted strip and 2 interlocked Möbius strips .
